My mother just passed away and my father lives in an old home on 30 acres, he is reitred and only gets social security, he wanted to develop his land, but does not have the income to do it, we met with a realtor and was told it would be about 500,000 to develop a neighbor hood. I want to help my father develop his land. are there any kind of grants ro assistance for him
